We are staying Poly Club level both in May and December and have the deluxe dining package. The reason I did it is I don't have to worry about the expenses of meals when I go and also the club level food is not meant to replace a full meal but to be an appetitizer or snack other than breakfast.
By taking the deluxe plan I can do some in room dining and watch the fire works from the privacy of our balcony. We planed a lot of signature meals for diners and left the others open for chance making what I felt was good use of our credits (no flames please).

We are also staying at Poly Concierge and doing the deluxe dining plan. I figure everything will be covered then and we barely snack on the appetizers at 5. Last time we did the regular dining plan and I still had to pay out of pocket because of extras and snacks. What is the in room dining if I may ask?
