Staying at CBR!!

I finally did it! I have been contemplating whether to book this resort or not. We really loved our stay at ASSports. But I thought to myself...If I don't stay here...I will always wonder what it would be like to stay here. So...I booked this room with my AAA discount and so I am paying $136 per night std view. So now I have a ressies at CBR first and we are going to end our trip to our favorite resort at the All Star. My kids really loved the theming at the Sports!

Now I sometimes hear about some people complaining about how spread this resort is and the length of walking. I guess some people dont want to walk more than they have to. Yeah...it is a lot of walking in the parks...so I know I wouldn't want to keep walking even at the resort. It is everyone's preference. Some just like that long stroll even after a long day...a lot of walking in the parks...and some just wants to be near everything so they don't have to walk much. I prefer not to walk more than I have to. Walking in the parks is enough excercise for me...I don't want to make this trip a work out. LOL.

I am just worried about the bus. I don't want the bus to always be overly crowded and always have to stand up all the time. I do have two small children. But other than that...I am ready to enjoy this resort! I can't wait to just absorb the ambience of this resort. I will try not to compare this with the Royal Pacific Resort for this resort is a deluxe resort with deluxe ammenities. And the CBR is themed to Carribean and the Royal Pacific is themed to south pacific.

I can't wait...I only have about...10 days!! I know where I am staying...but as far as planning out the day...nothing really. I don't even know what kind of pass I will buy. Yikes! Anyway...we will enjoy ourselves there...we are going to have lots of fun...and we are going to have a wonderful time at the resorts!

I just looked at my countdown clock...it says 9 days....I am now on my single digit!! WooooHoooo!! This is great!! Sometimes I don't pay attention...and I just surprise myself sometimes...LOL!!

We can not wait, this is our first trip.

I too am a little worried about the buses but we will manage

I love the CBR! The theming is great, it's a beautiful resort. I found the rooms to be good sized, bright and clean. There is so much to do there such as bikes, boats, arcade, hammocks for relaxing on the beaches, Banana Cabana (pool bar), main pool and pools in each island. We enjoy staying in Martinique which is next to Old Port Royale. You can catch the bus at your island or old port royale. Enjoy your vacation!

You will have a great time at CBR. There is something for everyone. Don't forget to watch the Epcot fireworks from the beach at 9 PM.
