Stay Right?

I'm in WDW right now and I'm wondering why people can't stay right. It seems to work so well everywhere else, but you get into Disney and it is pure chaos. Families walking 4 abreast down the left side into oncoming traffic, totally unaware. Im having the time of my life, but it would be so grand if people stayed right.

I had this question a lot when I first started working at the parks. Then I became excellent at navigating crowds. Now it doesn't phase me unless I am with other people who struggle with the crowd.
