The short answer: no. More accurately, each month or every other month, Disney will release its discounts for a section of the year. Take a look at http://www.mousesavers.com/historical-information-on-walt-disney-world-resort-discounts/ for more information.


We also cannot wait for Thursday (the date we believe s/p/d will be released), but have no information other than hope that it will come out!

The online reservation system has been going down a couple of times a week for the last two weeks or so.

POR excluded from discount? I have recently heard that POR has been excluded from the discounts? Has anyone come across this? We already have our reservations for there, but really were hoping for a discount. We will have 5 in our room, so changing would be difficult, without spending quite a bit more. Please say it's not so!!

Today is not a day for discounts. I just called. As for POR being excluded from discounts, it was not included in FD. Discounts are offered to fill rooms that are not sold. If a resort has a high enough occupancy rate, Disney does not need to put the resort "on sale".
