Stay at Polynesian or Contemporary?

We are going for a quick two day trip. MK one day and MGM the other day. We want to stay at either the Polynesian or Contemporary. Which hotel will make it easier to access transporation to MGM? Should we take the bus to MGM from the COntemporary? Or should we stay at Polynesian,walk to Epcot monorail and then go from there. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!!!

Stay at that resort that you like best because the transportation will basically be the same from either. Personally I would stay at the Poly until the Contemporary gets a face lift.

You should take the bus to MGM from EITHER resort - it will be the quickest way to get there. Just pick the resort you like the sound of the best.

I have stayed in both resorts and I prefer the CR. I just love the MK view. I do know that you take a bus from both resorts and the bus stops at the CR first to load and drop off. You will get a seat on the way to MGM for sure and when leaving MGM, you will be the first back to your resort. You can walk to MK from CR very easily - it is about a 5-10 minute walk. That comes in handy if you plan to stay until closing and you can avoid the long monorail lines.

I agree! Stay at the Poly! I find it more of a relaxing resort and I hope you will too. Good luck and enjoy your stay.
