Stay 4, Get 3 Free - YouFirst Eligible?

Is the stay 4 nights, get 3 nights free promotion eligible for YouFirst benefits? I'm currently Gold on my down to Blue, but the Free Internet perk would certainly come in handy.

Also, regarding YouFirst, what moves you from Blue to Gold to Platinum? The program description says stays, but I don't think we had enough qualifying stays in a 12 month period to qualify for our current Gold status. Is it nights, instead of stays, that progress you along in the program?

Yes. It is the supersaver rate. As long as you don't stay at Hard Rock, it is eligible.

The eligibility used to be nights and now it is stays.

Also, remember to book it yourself--not through AAA or other type of travel agent.

Will they not honor the YouFirst benefits if you booked through universalorlando.com? Or is it just more hassel to get the YouFirst benefits?

We have had lots of people report back here that they would not honour it. Universalorlando.com is considered to be third party booking.

Here is an email from them:
