Status of Disney Quest

What is the current and future status of Disney Quest at WDW?

I had heard that it was to be shut down. We are planning to go in November 2005, and we always like to make our first day at DQ. Will it still be there then?

As far as I know, DisneyQuest is up and running for awhile. While the DisneyQuest concept didn't work outside of WDW, it seems to be doing okay at WDW. It's included as a plus-option (or whatever it's called) on the new ticketing system, so I would think it's there to stay.

Yeah- I'm hoping since now it is a plus option, more people will go there. Usually in the evenings its pretty crowded there. I know people have been saying its going to close for awhile, I think its just a rumor. I DQ- I hope it never closes!

We were there dec '04--jan '05, and it was up and running. They have though, removed the game where a tv and joystick correspond with a car driving under the floor. they have replaced it with a safari game that doesnt even utilize the cars or the track.
