Stateroom??

Hello everyone, first time cruiser here, summer 2021. If you book a specific room, say 8118 on the Disney Dream, are you guaranteed that room??
Traveling with another family and we want connecting rooms--2 adults one teen in one room and my daughter (11) and myself in the other.

If you a book a specific room, you are guaranteed it...unless there is an issue with the room, in which case they'd have to reassign you.

Mostly guaranteed. We've been upgraded once - it was nice but I think we would have preferred the original. And once we were moved laterally down the hall. I'm assuming there was an issue with the original room. So twice out of 11 we didn't get the room we booked.

You can call DCL and put a note on your reservation not to change your stateroom.
