Hey all,
I'm creating some custom artwork that I am hoping to get made up as two magnets for my friend and I to use on our stateroom door on our upcoming Disney Cruise. These magnets are going to be primarily circular in nature and I am hoping to place them on the upper left and right of the circular door number, to form them in the shape of Mickey ears, as is usual with the door magnet placements I've seen.
I have noticed that some magnets account for the little indent circular cut-in on the bottom corners where they would meet up with the main circular door number. For any of you who have done this sort of thing and have made custom ears to put on your door's circular number... how do you determine what size of indent the circular "ears" need to be to fit properly against the main number??
Just some tips and advice in order to have these ear circles properly rest against the upper sides of the circular number would be great...
Thanks!
