Stateroom by elevators

We are booked in stateroom 2058. I looked at the deck plans and it is right next to the elevators. Is there alot of noise from the elevators or is this a good location because it is by the elevators/stairs (or yes to both maybe)?

We had cabin 2564 which is on the other side of the ship and near the elevators. Not too much noise - occasionally you'd hear some kids running down the hall, but we weren't bothered at all. Great to be near the elevators and stairs.

We have been near the elevators twice and didn't hear a lot of noise. As said by the above poster, we did hear children running or people talking when walking by but, not bad at all. It is really nice to be close to the elevators/stairs.

I think you are better noise wise outside the little hallways. The noise has someplace to go - as opposed to those little halls where the noise just bounces around.

We just recently returned from the April 22 Wonder and were in 7554 close the elevators. I was concerned also and heard not one peep from them. There is some noise with kids and such but nothing to be concerned about. Plus being close to the stairs and elevators are wonderful!!
