I don't know about anyone else but..... I couldn't sleep most of the night toosing and turning. I had a dream about vmk. And today I was actually confusing reality with the game. I'm really stuck in a state of shock and I will probably stay like this for a while.

Why not get away from the computer for a few days? Go outside. Get some exercise. Hang out with flesh and blood people. It will help you feel oriented again. Hope you feel better soon.

I've been keeping myself away trying to come off my addiction before it ended and i'm going out soon just saying the closing does have mental and physical affects on some.

I actually went for a walk with DH and the dog (which I never do) immediately after closing. I had to shake off that weird anxious feeling I had. I think part of it was realizing all the real things I could have gotten done in the time I spent on VMK in the last 2 years. LOL! I actually slept pretty well. I had bizarre dreams, normal for me, but I woke up sick today! I haven't been sick in ages!! Also, we had a huge rain, thunder, lightning storm this morning.....at the end of May, in So. CA? Hmmm...

I don't remember asking for this trip down the rabbit hole!
