I see the last fifteen minutes at work as a competition between me and the patrons over the state of the AV section. No joke. I've got a loose scoring system set up an everything-- point to me if I get the DVDs straight, point to them if any are out of order. Point to them if they block my way with a stroller, point to me if I get some books straightened while they pick. (Pick through every single movie we have, oi.) It goes back and forth like that.

They win if I stay at the shelf until the lights are off and everyone else is out the door, and it's still a mess.
