I used them a few years ago and wasn't thrilled. Maybe because my move was out of state, but they set up a 3 day time window when they will arrive. They told me they will call when they are in the area and ended up calling me several days before their time window. The two men (not students, paid employees) made a few comments to me that they were irritated because they had called several times and I wasn't home and they had to kill time. I wasn't home because I was at a 4th of July/going away party and I wasn't expecting their call for several days. They showed up and gave me the impression that they would pack up some stuff and come back the next day. I told him I wasn't quite finished packing, his answer was that they would help me pack. Then they complained because my boxes were too small, and it is easier for them if you pack in larger boxes. It was getting quite late and without telling me, then decided they were going to keep loading the truck until finished. They/we finished about 2 a.m. and told me I needed to be in the state I was moving to in 2 days to unload. I told him what day I had set up with the rep because I wouldn't have the keys nor a place to put my stuff until that time. He said someone needs to be there when they get there and I would have to get a storage building to put it all. I'm not going to pay for a hotel and storage building just for a few days. At that point I should have called the rep. I did get there and got the keys to my new house with 10 minutes to spare before they arrived. Of course, when they came across state lines, the load weighed more than expected, so I had to pay more. I was just irritated at how rushed I was at the last minute, lack of communication and no concern that I needed somewhere to stay and needed to get my keys for new house. They really only cared about moving on their schedule (different what their office rep told me) and getting the next load. If you are moving nearby it should be fine. Just communicate with the rep about times and stick to it!
