Well, I did it .... I went off of WW's. I have been having some really annoying pains in my right hip to the point that I have had to stop exercising. That was in the beginning of March. I thought that it had gotten better so I went into the gym and OUCH! Needless to say that I haven't been exercising which is a total
bummer because I was doing sooooo good. I had been trying to stay on plan, but I was just de-motivated because of my injury.

Well, I just started back on WW's Sunday and this time I am committed again. I have to loose 15 pounds by May 14th because I have a wedding to go to on the 15th. I say the 14th because that is the day that I am going out to buy a new dress for myself.

I go to the orthopedic doctor on April 12th. Hopefully, it's nothing serious.

On another note, I did loose 15 pounds before going off of WW's in the beginning of March and I was able to maintain that loss. Good for me I guess.

Yes, that's excellent you were able to keep off the weight you had already lost!! Kudo's to you!!

Keeping those 15 pounds off is a major accomplishment!! :Pinkbounc

You can do this! I hope the orthopedic doc can shed some light on your hip pain! You could always do some light upper body exercising with dumbbells or soup cans - whatever you've got around the house.

you can do anything you put your mind too
you may just have to exercise differently than you want to but I'm sure you will find something you are able to do
Good luck
