Starting a planning journal. How do you make links?

Hi everyone,

I am making a planning journal for our Memories collection wedding and was wondering how you make links for the table of contents?

To link to a specific post, click the number in the upper right-hand corner of the post and copy the link of the new browser tab/window that pops up into your table of contents. You can edit your TOC by clicking the EDIT button on your the post, in the lower right-hand corner.
