We just booked our 2nd cruise & would like to start a new countdown timer but don't know how to remove the old code from the auto signature. Could someone help out with this? Thanks! Cathie :)

I just make adjustments to my countdown clocks today. I had to go to my profile page and and go to the signature section where you first put in the clock. Delete the old clock there, then go back to the countdown clock page and enter in your new info. I hope this wasn't too confusing. I surprised myself and changed my clocks quite easily.

Hi Verandah Man...I tried to reset the clock & start a new one but every time I have all of the new info. typed in, I don't where to click on to set the new one. I deleted the old countdown clock in my profile. Any ideas? Thanks! (Maybe I didn't delete it properly?)

I'm better at doing it, than explaining it, but I'll give it a try.

After you enter in all the info click on Preview Timer, once you see you have everything the way you like it, close the preview timer window, then click on Generate/Re-select Script. In the large box below you will see all kinds of script. When I did mine today, it was already highlighted. If it is, right click over the script and select copy. Close that window, go back to your profile section, go down to the signature box, right click there and enter paste.

This should put your countdown clock in. At least that's the way I did it. Good Luck!!!

Hey Andy I would like a count down clock.
Now I was just wondering how many pounds of shrimp it would take to get you to come down to my house to put one on my signature. :teeth:

Lets see Ginger, you live in Maryland. How about a dozen "HOMEMADE MARYLAND CRABCAKES."

Really, installing a countdown clock is quite easy, even I did it, and that's saying something!!!

Here's the link for installing the clock:http://psiklops.brinkster.net/CDTimers/CDTimerGen.htm

Crab Cakes, YUMMY!!! No problem, we had those Friday night for dinner.

I'll give it a try but I think making the crabcakes may be easier. LOL

After you put in the info you want, click the Preview Timer button and check to see that everything is the way you want it. Then close that and click on Generate/Re-select Script. In the box below will be your script, if it is not highlighted, put your cursor over the box and right click your mouse, hit save. Then close down that page and go back to your profle page and go to your signature box, right click in you box and hit paste, that should put your script in there. Go to the bottom of your profile page and hit save(or whatever it says at the bottom). Close that down and go to one of your threads, if everything was done correctly, a clock will be showing in your post.

Good Luck!!!
