starting a Dis meet in my area

I am interested in starting a Dis meet in my area. The problem is I don't know how to start one. Can someone give me some advice on how to get this started? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

I am thinking about asking the people at the Disney Store (Summit Mall) for any suggestions.
