Start Conversation/private messaging button gone

Was wondering if the boards can fix the problem not allowing you to “start conversation”. You used to be able to private message someone by selecting start conversation but that option is gone.

Also not being able to add photos from your iPhone library still hasn’t been fixed either.

Ever since the boards went down for that cyber attack things have been not working or missing. Really getting frustrating.
