I have been looking at menus for something different at DHS. My family loves Pizza Planet so I know they will eat there. I was looking forward to the italian Sandwich at Catalina Eddie's but in Sept. it was not on the menu. Allears said CE served it. Of course, it had the same chicken, pizza, etc items as every other restaurant at DW is getting.

My ? is , has anyone had Starring Roll's sandwiches? and is it on the DP? or has this menu been revamped, as well?

I know I used a snack credit there on my last trip. I remember a lot of baked goods, plus things like cheesecake and stuff. But I don't remember sandwiches.

We were there the end of September in the evening and they didn't have sandwiches then. Also, The only places to sit down were outside. We checked because we wanted a snack and it was raining so we went somewhere else.

We dropped by there out of curiosity in August and they did have sandwiches but they didn't look that appealing.

I can't understand why when all of the parks have such great dining options, DHS can't improve the quality of their food. IMHO, the counter service restaurants just aren't that good at DHS.

I've had lunch there twice on the dining plan. Last time was a year ago. At that time 1 CS credit consisted of a sandwich (I had the veggie one) either a bag of chips or a piece of fruit, a drink (bottled water was a choice) and something from the dessert case. I thought it was a wonderful deal.

I'm pretty sure they only serve the sandwiches for lunch and there is no inside seating.

We ate there a few weeks ago. They do have sandwiches after 11:30 but only have 3 types to choose from: veggie, ham or turkey. They turkey wasn't bad, but the ham had some kind of honey mustard spread or something that my son did not care for (he is not picky) so I had to trade my turkey for his ham. They are premade & have spread on them when you order. The desserts were better than most of the others we had tried. They only have outdoor seating but it wasn't too bad while we were there. I preferred Pizza Planet.

I think they only have the sandwiches at lunch time. We had the turkey focaccia sandwiches one time for lunch and they were actually pretty good. Plus I got to have an apple cookie as my CS dessert that was delicious.

Great! Thanks for the responses. No place to sit inside or anywhere will not be a problem. I can take my food down to Pizza Planet where the kids will want to eat. I am glad to hear Starring Rolls has sandwiches at lunch because that's the meal I was curious about.
