Starring Rolls at HS - CS for lunch?

I've read some mention of eating CS lunch at Starring Rolls at HS since some of the other choices are not so great . . .

On the DDP, what can you get for your CS meal at Starring Rolls and what has everyone had that they really liked? Any pictures out there?

I have not been on the DDP. I have eaten at Starring Rolls before for breakfast and not lunch. I did try to eat there for lunch this summer. The place is deli style stuff. The case had plenty of great looking sandwiches and such that would be found at a deli. We did not eat here because the service was so lousy the folks working could not get their act together at the time of our visit. About 5 customers turned into something that they seemed unable to handle. We left and ate elsewhere. I do not think that it is this way all the time. In fact it is a kind of out of the way place that offers a bit of peace and quiet. I really would have loved to try one of their sandwiches. They really looked good.

I was on the DDP on my last trip and had lunch there. I had a smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese as my 'sandwich' and a huge chocolate chip cookie along with a soda. I had no complaints. But like the PP said, there are deli style sandwiches and bakery type goods for a desert. For the DDP you’d get a drink, sandwich, and a baked good for your dessert.

Both times I've had lunch there a counter service credit was a drink, a sandwich, a dessert from the case and either a bag of chips or a peice a fruit. One of the best counter service deals.
