starlight safari / 60 day booking window

Hi,

We are going in July and we are interested in doing the starlight safari. With the 60 day booking window when does the window open? Is it 8:00AM EST like DVC or is it midnight?

It looks like it books fast so just want to give us the best shot at getting it.

I treated it like an ADR, but I don't think I locked it in at 6:00A EST, but a little later in the same day when my window opened up.
