Yes...but not star rewards.

Yes, you can use the card but not the accumulated Rewards. You will get the stars and any bonus stars from star dashes as well, but you just can't use them.

I did this in February at HS and MK Starbucks. I also had to get tea for my Disney cold at the airport on the way home. I got a ton of extra bonus stars. Now, I have four free drinks waiting for me to hurry up and use.
