Go into the store and ask for the info.
I got a whole pacaket of lists. Its breaks everything down depending on whole milk or skim or soy....whip or no whip.....
A tall CM isnt that bad: with skim milk its only 130 calories and a skim venti is only 280. A tall skim chai is only 170.
And the whip makes all the difference. A tall caramel Frappaccino with whipped cream is 320, but without is only 210. always get no whip.
