Starbucks? How dare you.

This is a contract dispute nothing else and I doubt that anyone will notice or care. As someone else mentioned already, you should check out Nestlé's history if this type of thing bothers you.

Good publicity for Disney.

They tried to get out of their contract with Kraft. How dare them!!

Seriously, though. They believed that Kraft didn't fulfill their end of the contract and had to pay fees. Prices may go up at the parks for their coffees, I don't know. It depends on their deal with Disney. It's not bad publicity for disney, as people will still go to Starbucks because they like the coffee.

Now I just want to go to Disney and get Starbucks...:confused3

I very happily stopped on my way to work to buy my $5 cup of swill.;) The holiday flavors are out! It has become a very expensive habit so far this month! :rotfl:

Whatever? :lmao:

That is the response I expect from my 12 year old daughter, not a grown man.

Well, while we're all saying we love Starbucks, I stopped going to Starbucks because I just didn't like their image. I don't know what about it I didn't like, but I didn't. lol.

Then I found out how pro-firearm they are. I'm a gunsmith, federal firearms licensee, and conceal carry holder....I wouldn't pick another coffee shop in the world now. Top that with all the free coffee they give the troops, and their delicious cappuccinos, and call me a fan of their public image.

Wanted to hate them so bad, looked for every public image reason I could, and ironically, it just turned me into a fan.

Outside of the few thousand Disney obsessed message board posters the rest of America has no idea Disney switched their coffee contract from Nestle and split it between Starbucks and Jofferys. Thus if they read that thoughts of Disney would never even enter their head.

Thanks for reminding me to stop by Starbucks at MK my next trip! I totally forgot to last time! :thumbsup2

They recently changed their stance, and it peeved my gun loving hubby to no end.

From An Open Letter from Howard Schultz, ceo of Starbucks Coffee Company

"For these reasons, today we are respectfully requesting that customers no longer bring firearms into our stores or outdoor seating areas—even in states where “open carry” is permitted—unless they are authorized law enforcement personnel."
