Starbucks birthday reward inside parks

I am wondering if I am allowed to redeem my Starbucks birthday reward inside the parks? Has anyone been able to do this?

The only Starbucks where rewards/points can be redeemed is Disney springs. You can however earn points/rewards in the parks.

Disney operates the in-park locations (DLR & WDW) and has opted to NOT allow redemption of rewards or points.

Starbucks operates the Disney Springs (FL) and Downtown Disney (CA) locations which allow redemptions.

I have lost my Starbucks birthday reward every year since they went to the "use on your birthday only" rule because we always spend the day at a Disney park.

Such a bummer (but I'm at Disney so guess it's a good trade )
