Starbucks - Alcohol and Cheeses

Just saw this on the local news. Intersting! I guess whatever if takes.

Interesting.
I think the wine and cheese is a good idea--and I certainly see how the "slower" more detailed oriented service matches that.

In the "regular" stores it will be interesting so wee how slowing down the service is taken by customers. I guess it will boil down to if people want to see Starbucks as a fast food item or more of a cafe.

Works for me! I'm not into cheeses, but I think an occasional glass of wine in a nice quiet Starbucks (some of ours are quiet-- some are crazy busy) sounds really nice. Oh, and throw in a slice of Pumpkin Bread!

I thought of that thread too. I wondered how parents will be "judged" for taking their kids into the starbucks bar

Should be interesting. We have two that re pretty local one laid back one not so much. But they arent testing it in NY so we'll see if it makes it here.

I cannot think of a Starbucks in a 5 mile radius of my house that is slow enough to have this. Bummer, I love wine and cheese. It sucks because there's probably about 20 stores too. I guess we like out liquid crack around these parts.
