Doubtful. Disney runs first-run films from Disney owned studios. They occasionally run non-Disney films, but typically only when they have been in the theaters for quite a while.
I would love to know the answer to this question as well. We will be on the wonder 5/22 and my dh is a huge star wars fan. We are doing the land portion before our cruise. I would really like to see the movie on the boat versus taking time out of WDW to fight crowds at the Downtown Disney movie theater. I'm crossing my fingers. I really think that DCL should show it, considering the Star Wars weekends at MGM and all the hoopla concerning it.
Also does anyone know what movies are currently playing on the Wonder right now?
We will be travelling together. We are doing Land and Sea starting on the 19th also (CBR first)! DBF wants to go see the movie but I can not imagine taking time away from the parks etc. to go see a movie that will still be out when we get home. SO I hope they do show the movie on the boat - it would make sense due to star wars weekends like you said...
We'll see eachother soon either way!!!!!! (15 days!)
We are on the 14 night magic leaving may 14th..the people in our group have asked over and over if we get star wars. It is doubtful..but would be a great surprise.
