Hi...I was wondering if anyone had heard if or when DW might have their Star Wars weekend for 2007.

Dates are usually announced in January or February.

No. Currently there are no dates. I have been watching constantly. We are going down the first weekend in June and are will have our fingers crossed until an announcement has been made. There is a thread about it here http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1102617

I have also been following a thread at starwars.com So hopefully we will know soon. Because of CIV in LA there is too much speculation going around about when the dates will be. HTH

I was there in June 2006 and went to MGM during the last Star Wars weekend of the year (didn't even realize it...just happened). It was crowded but nothing unbarable!

My hope is that the major Star Wars freaks will go to CIV in LA over Memorial Weekend that way the following weekend, (fingers crossed), won't be as bad.

We were there for the 1st Star Wars Weekend this past May....it was the weekend after Mother's Day. We got there on Friday morning at opening & it wasn't too bad (although I did have to wait 2 hours in line for a Darth Goofy). We left around lunchtime & then the park was very busy!

when I stopped at my local AAA office before heading down to WDW this past week I picked up a sheet that listed Star Wars weekends at March-April 2007 and thought that sounded a bit off. Maybe they'll annouce it soon. Hopefully
