Star Wars Fireworks/Show an Ongoing Feature?

Hi. Is the Star Wars fireworks/show now considered a somewhat permanent feature? Is it expected to be a nightly event for the foreseeable future, or is its continuation a month to month decision?

As far as I know it is a permanent feature, or as permanent as any show at WDW. I do not expect it will end in the foreseeable future.

I expect it for a while since it is the 40th Anniversary and they have Episode 8 coming out this year.

Thanks for the responses. We are not going till later this year, so we're trying to determine if we need to schedule an HS night to see them. Thanks again!

Disney built the permanent projection towers and additional screens in the park, so I don't think the show is going anywhere. Disney just doesn't add it to the schedule until about a month out.
