I really want to reserve the dessert party but they are only booking out to march 31st. Will they have this in April? If so, when will they start booking?

2) With other openings, one cannot tell until it hits the MDE.

If Disney extends (and there's no reason to think it won't), the pattern says the April dates will likely open for booking the second week in February.

The dessert party is expected to continue , however anything is possible. A good thread to try is on the Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies called "Offical Star Wars at DHS, Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party...." Right now it's on page 3 (at least on my phone) and I'm having trouble linking it. The first page has the latest info. If you have any questions, just ask there.

It is so frustrating waiting for them to announce that they will be having it. We went in November and all indications were that they were going to leave a gap between the end of Star Wars and the start of Jingle Bam. So we took our budget and booked the Jingle Bam Party. Then a week later, probably no more then 3 weeks out they added Star Wars dates, and budgets got adjusted. It was totally worth it and I love the way Disney math works.

I was considering this as well but I do not even see the fireworks down for June. usually it is listed but the time isn't even showing up. I will follow that thread!
