Woo hoo! Planning way ahead for DS's 15th birthday :scared1:

His day is 4/20 ~ the next Star Wars Celebration is in Anaheim right before his birthday! We'll for sure spend a few days in Anaheim right before his day, Easter that year is 4/5.

I'm so excited!!!!! That will be right before Episode VII comes out!!! I don't care what it takes, but I will be there!!!!

Yeah, I think I just may be planning my 2nd "Once In A Lifetime Trip" to Disneyland/Anaheim in 2015.:darth:

Wife and I were going to take our son to WDW next September, but decided to postpone and do Star Wars Celebration instead since it's across the street from DL, and niether of us have been to Disneyland yet, so it'll be new for all three of us!

We'll be there, too. My husband is a Star Wars nut, and I'm totally willing to go along for the ride this time.

Why did they schedule this during peak season? That is spring break! The parks are going to be closed due to full capacity. :scared1:

It's a Star Wars convention to coincide with the movie release. And, major movies are released at peak times.

Does anbdy have anymore information regarding the ticket sales as the Star Wars Celebration website merely has a countdown to ticket sales but it doesn't say if there are specific instructions, etc?

Are the tickets sold through the Star Wars Celebration website or through a 3rd party like Ticket Master?

Is the ticket sales expected to be something like Comic Con tickets and sold out in like 15 minutes or is it expected to have plenty to sell?

Does anybody know the capacity of the Anaheim Convention Center?

Tickets are LIVE now! We are exhibitors and will be there. Just booked the Hilton Anaheim, which is reportedly across from the convention center.

4/20 is also my birthday and we will be staying an extra day to celebrate in Disneyland! Couldn't be any more excited!!!!!! :dance3:

Easter is 4/5 that year, Spring Break peak is typically March, this'll be fine *I hope*

Where?? Found it ~ here! Awesome ~ you'll have a fantastic birthday!

One adult 4 day pass purchased, budgeting I am :) Hallelujah ~ DD was still be a young enough for the kid price :dance3:

We got our Jedi Master Tickets! Now to find a hotel!!

Insanely jealous. Master and Knight VIP packages sold out inside of 2 minutes. That's $157,500 right there alone. I wonder how many 4 day passes were sold? Can we dare say they've pulled in a half million in sales already?

I'll probably book a hotel thru disneyland.com and pick a good neighbor hotel, since we're going to do this right and spend 5 days at Disneyland, either before or after the con.
