Staples (Maryland) Back to School deals start tomorrow

The weekend edition of the paper has the ads that start tomorrow, Staples has the usual "1 cent, limit 2, with $5 purchase" on glue, black pens, and rose art crayons. (Yes, I know there mixed feelings about these out there, but my kid will play with them, so I'm in...)

There is also a coupon for $5/$30, and printer paper is $.25 each, after rebate (pay $6.99 up front), limit two.

There's a bunch of other, less spectacular stuff, but those are the highlights.

Anybody know if Walmart and Office Depot are playing yet?

Office Depot is still one or two weeks away from those deals.

Office Max has a few deals for this coming week. Since the online ad said the glue sticks and free folders were available 7/7-7/13 the manager priced adjusted them for me today (7/7).

I got 48 glue sticks for $3 (limit 3 4/pks in each transaction so I brought the 3 little kids), 10 free folders (w/ $5 min purchase, 1 per household) and 100 pencils for $5. Total $8.56 with tax

I haven't been to a normal Walmart in a while so I'm not sure if they are gearing up as well but I'll check this week.

There's only 3weeks until school starts here so they need to start getting this stuff out.
