Staples Delivery Free under $50?

I have read many of the Staples water posts with interest and decided to check out their rewards program and enroll. The primary reason was to take advantage of the free shipping to order water for our upcoming trip. When I went to the website, it mentioned free delivery for all orders over $50.

I like water, not $50 worth of water, but I like water. Is this something new or has there always been a ceiling of $50 that must be purchased for free shipping? More importantly, did I read it wrong?

I believe that they are changing their free shipping options and that you will no longer be able to get free shipping for under $50 after March 31, rewards member or not. Sorry.

I got a flyer in the mail today with new cards that say I am a premier rewards member . In that flyer it still says free shipping and doesn't say over $50.

i just ordered mine today for delivery to POP on April 18th. I had to do it by phone. Apparently tomorrow (April 1st) you must buy $50 worth of stuff in order to qualify for free shipping.

Yep, as of April 1st you need to spend $50 to get free shipping, even if you are a rewards member. That was the only benefit I got from it and now they took it away
