Stapler

I like the look of staples on tags and such. Do you use a regular stapler or one of the staplers by a scrapbooking company?

Yes you use a regular stapler, you can use colored staples. But most just use regular ones.

I have colored staples that I just use a regular stapler for. I also have the Fastenator which I do NOT recommend getting. You can still use the thicker fastenator staples without it - you can just cut two slits for the prongs with an exacto knife or the like and then bend them behind the page. I have never been able to get the Fastenator to do what I want it to do - a very big pain in the neck.

hi! if your going to get one i suggest the memories direct one. its a long reach stapler -- goes 12x12. so u can staple in the middle of your page. i got mine off of qvc for like 20 dollars and it came with 6 different colors 2!

I have a mini-stapler and a regular stapler and they work GREAT!!!!
I agree with NEE that fastenater is dreadful.. I spend more time getting frustrated with it than using it. I do as NEE mentioned and cut my little slits and bend the prongs down.

I just used my regular stapler w/ colored staples for the autograph tag books I'm making for my babysitting kids and their cousin when they go to DISNEY for the first time next week... I love the way it is turning out... I'll finish the 3 of them by tomorrow!! Yeah!

I use the "makingmemories" mini stapler, it has colored staples, the stapler has a magnet on the back so the staple box sticks to it and doesn't get lost.
