Just been scouting the app doing recon for my trip in 2 weeks, and noticed that Web Slingers, Rise and Racers are all closed for standby.
The return time for the paid $LL is immediately on racers and web, and not too far out for Rise.

Why would the standby be closed as I was planning on using that during trip so this seems a bit disheartening.

I just looked at the app. Webslingers appears to be up with a 55 minute standby wait time.

When I checked, both RSR and Rise were temporarily down. Which means no one is riding the attraction at this time. ILLs are still for sale for later in the day, which means they hope to have those rides back up by then.

Thanks for that. So just a temporary glitch.
I just picked a really bad time to do recon…😂

Heart rate lowered down again. 👍
Attractions will go down periodically throughout the day either because of a maintenance problem or a guest problem or whatever but they typically come back up fairly quickly in most cases (although not always).

When attractions are down you will still be able to book a Genie+ reservation or buy an ILL for later in the day if they are available. But while the attraction is down, it’s down for everybody.

There’s not a common scenario where they would completely close the standby line and only allow Genie+ or ILL access. Technically that kind of thing has happened before in some very unusual circumstances, but it is not something you need to worry about happening on any given visit to the park.

The attractions are either up for everyone, or they are down for everyone.
