When buying WDW merchandise on property, using a Disney Visa card, will I be able to use my DVC discount (instead of the Visa discount), but still get cash back towards my Disney Visa rewards?

You will earn Rewards points on your Disney Visa for the final amount of your purchase. It isn't "cash back." The points can be redeemed for Reward Dollars at a future time.
