I just want to get on a boat and go to a gorgeous beach area in St. Thomas, but there are so many options even just through DCL. Who wants to give me a good recommendation? It will be me and DH, both 53.

Magens Bay in St. Thomas is a beautiful beach with calm, clear water. Our family of 5 took a taxi there.

FWIW, St Thomas is nice but an excursion to St Johns is awesome! It takes about 45 minutes on a ferry boat to get there but it is gorgeous.

Champagne Sail and Snorkel to St John. We have done it a coupe of times now and it is a great way to relax and see a beautiful beach and snorkel with turtles.

I second the Champagne catamaran sail and snorkel. It was great!

How did you find the crowds at Magen's Bay?
It wasn't very crowded at all the day we were there. I think there were only 2 ships in port that day and we got to the beach early. Magens Bay beach is huge. There is a ton of space on the beach.

We have done the Full Day Snorkel and Sail to Honeymoon Beach twice. For just 2 adults though, the Champagne one sounds nice too.

Skip the Snorkel Sail with Honeymoon beach it was awful!! Beach was super crowded, snorkeling was minimal at best.

Trunk Bay Beach at St. John was BEAUTIFUL. We enjoyed it so much we were going to do it again this year on our cruise....but may try the Champagne Sail since I've heard great reviews of it.
