St. Maarten excursions

Well I am back looking for some non-strenious, limited sun exposure excursions... this time for St. Maarten.

Any ideas? Any good ones sponsored by DCL?

Since my grandmother has had skin cancer it would need to be something with limited sun exposure. Also, we are looking for something pretty laid-back.

If there isn't a good excursion, what would you recommend we do while were are there? What are the options for seeing the island and/or shopping?

Hi Gator -

We're taking our 3rd Magic cruise - 2nd Eastern - on 12/27. The last time we did the Eastern my mother took the island tour in St. Maarten. She too has skin cancer problems, so she wanted to be "in doors".

She raved about the tour of the island, which I believe did both the Dutch and French sides. I think it was in an air conditioned bus which she enjoyed.

We're doing the Rhino rider boats this time, so we'll miss the island tour.
