St. Kitts Caribbean Cooks

Has anyone done this excursion? I am wondering if it's just a watch and eat situation or if you get to help cook before eating it.

They looked for volunteers from the group to assist with cooking each component. The food was fantastic and I loved this excursion. I would have repeated it, but it was not offered on my 7 night on the wonder in January 2018, however.

We have done the Caribbean Cooks in St. Kitts. We thought it was really good. They take you out to a historic Dutch home on the island, behind which is a cooking pavilion. On our excursion, the cooking was done by the local chef with no audience participation that I recall. Nonetheless, this excursion was a big hit with us, we enjoyed the food and thought the excursion was very well done.
