St. John Champagne Catamaran

We did the St. John Champagne Catamaran shore excursion a few years ago and had a blast. We are trying to book with that same company for October but it seems they are no longer in business. Their phone and fax numbers are no longer in service, their Facebook page hasn't been updated in quite a while, and there is no email that I can find. The catamaran we sailed on was the Adventuress. Does anyone know if they are still in business, or if they are not, what company DCL uses now?
