St James' room - Can we have plated service or just buffet?

We are planning on having our reception at the St James' room and wondered whether we are able to have a plated meal or is a buffet the only option?

If you had a choice of both what would you choose?

You can have plated, personally we only wanted plated as were a smallish group of only 15 and I like the formality of a plated meal. Especially as we are having a dessert party in the evening and didn't want two buffets in one day.
