St. James Room and Patio at Boardwalk?

I read on MagicalKingdoms that there is a room at the Boardwalk called the St. James Room and Patio. Has anybody had their reception there or been to a site visit there. Magical Kingdoms only had one pic and it doesn't give a good sense of the room. If anyone has pics or any info on this location I'd appreciate the help!

This location looks awesome... but... in the patio pictures you can see that the hedges may have some sparse spots and there are a few balconies that look down into the patio. Does anyone know if privacy is a problem there?

Is the patio connected to one or two rooms? Does anyone know the additional cost to have the patio as well as the room for the event?
