I'm going!!! I'm going!!!!! It was touch and go there for a while. Twin daughters are in college (one at FIU and one at FSU). Money is sooooo tight and we had decided not to go. Then, daughter at FSU told me she is auditioning for "Nashville Star" in Atlanta this Saturday so other daugher and I decided to go. We originally had ressies for Thursday thru Monday for all three of us. So, we sat down and figured out how to go as cheaply as possible. This is the 10th anniversary and we have been to every single one so missing it would have broken my heart. We rearranged the ressies to drive up on Friday, staying at All Star Sports with Florida Resident rate for 2 nights. (Also, gotta see "Three Dog Night" at Eat to the Beat concert in Epcot on Friday...that was about just as important for me). But, we have to drive home after the last motorcade at 7:15 to be back to work and school on Monday a.m. Is it worth it? You betcha!!!!! After 3 Hurricanes (that is why my cash flow is blown) I really need this trip.......Everyone have a super great time and enjoy! Are you planning on catching any of the 'shows' or interviews????

I am thinking about it. I know I want to catch some of the parades this year and they end at the stage for interviews so I will try to catch at least one or two each day. Faith is coming but only for about 24 hours. She will not arrive until late Saturday and will have to leave mid day Sunday so who knows what will happen.

I know I want to walk around and get all of the cards for each person there and get some pictures . . . .

I want to catch some of the parades this year too. I didn't see any last year. We sat in on one of the interviews (needed to sit for a while) in the old Drew Cary auditorium. We also saw the one with Cameron Mathison where they got people from the audience to audition.

DH asked me last night what my plans were and I was .

LOL, I saw one in the Drew Carey building too - it was the AMC group. I only saw the grand motorcade on the first day. I plan on seeing some of the day parades this time - I got some good pics from that!

Of course it will be hard to plan right now because i dont know what times I will get for autographs. Aiden has a 9:30 one so I am hoping I get the early one for him then I will have the whole day to do whatever.

Hey 24 hours is better than NONE at all, which is what this almost became.....if I hadn't "brainstormed" at 5:30am this morning. Next year I will plan NOT to tell my Job just call in sick for a few days! Everyone else gets away with it, why not me? Christine: I will be arriving by Plane at 3:25pm have to get my own tansportation, and be on my way to SSW! So, where are we meeting? KEEP the CELL on, as I will TOO! Hope to see you Mona! I am leaving Sunday at 8:00pm have to catch plane at 9:25pm. Might bring my one bag and use a locker and store it till its time to go,& catch a Taxi from the Park. Hey, where there's a will theres a way, right?!

Will they open MGM early those days? The posted opening is 9am. Last year I thought it opened around 8am

I plan on being there as soon as the buses start picking up.

They dont officially open until 9:00 but I think I was there last year before 8:00 and they let people in to lineup. first fast pass was not given out until 9 though. Last year Carole and I walked on the second day to MGM from the Dolphin because the boats took so long on Saturday. So I may do that again and be there around 8:00.

You'll probably see me walking, too!! I'll be at the Swan and plan to get up early and take a nice walk over there. It seems like it would be relaxing early in the morning. Will the front desk people tell me how to walk there??
