can you still buy in to saratoga springs? does anyone know how much they are charging per point and what the annual dues are right now?

Yes - because they added the Treehouse Villas you can still buy in at SSR. I don't know what the price point is directly thru Disney right now...there are a TON of contracts on the resale market right now. My cousin just bought in thru the Timeshare Store for around $72 or $73 per point I think... That is probably at least $15 less per point than buying direct.

From what I have heard, the company that financed TTS discontinued financing, but I would suggest contacting TTS to be sure. Things change every day. SSR resales would definitely be significantly cheaper than buying direct from Disney.

Was at SSR yesterday (home today ).
Disney points currently being sold at $112 but with "special", it is $102 per point. We LOVED SSR and think we will be buying....but resale.

We are in the process of closing on a SSR resale at 70/point
