SSR - Which Section?

Which view would be best for my parents to stay at? They'd need something convienent to the bus area and have a studio booked. It'd be best if they were not far away from the lobby as well. I heard that the Grandstand area was fabulous?

another one of disney's best kept secrets! I suggest the grandstand area, buildings #8501-8836 are the closest buildings to the main, but buildings # 8101-8426 are right next to the bus stop in the grandstand area. The other area close to main is the springs we have never stayed there because of the bus stop seemed to us to be packed, but that is how it has been when we were there most the time.

I would suggest the Grandstrand or Springs as well. We stayed at the Springs several weeks ago and loved it. We had no problem with the bus stop and it was easy to get to about everything from that location. I dont think you would go wrong with either.

I would recommend Grandstand. We stayed in 8100's It was close to the bus stop and was the first bus stop in the complex so there was always a seat in the am and on the way home your were first off when tired. Of course you did have to ride through all the other stops, but that was worth it for us.

Yes, Grandstand is fabulous!! We were there for ten days in September and it was the perfect location for us. A very short walk to the main building and the first bus stop at pick up and drop off. By the time we got to The Springs the bus was usually standing only and that was during a "slow" time.

We will be requesting that section any time we are at SSR.

just returned last night - we had a GREAT location 8503....(although that was a one bedroom) - it was first floor - near main building, near first bus stop!

I agree with other posters...... Grandstand is my favorite by default ........... I lucked up when I went to stay the first time and was put in Grandstand...... It is just so convenient to the Carriage house, boat, main pool but also is the first bus stop, and has it's own little pool
