SSR views & GV locations

Where are the grand villas located in SSR? How many are there? Do they have water views?

Also, Do all rooms have a water view? Would it be a good idea to request a water or DTD view?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I've tried searching the boards for a past answer to this question and I couldn't find any.

Each building at SSR has 2 GV's. By the end of this year there will be 12 buildings completed for a total of 24 GVs' (one is used as a model). When the third phase is completed it is expected that there will be 18 buildings and 36 GV's.

Of the first two phases (12 buildings), all will have a water view - but only the four buildings in Congress Park will have a DD view.
