SSR - reservations at other resorts

I suppose I should have asked this first...When can SSR members start making reservations at other resorts besides SSR? I know there was some debate about this a while ago.

You can make them now as long as you are inside the seven month window and your trip is after your building at SSR is open.

SSR members have been making reservations at all DVC resorts since December 1, 2003. No reservations may be made for dates prior to the opening of SSR (5/17/04) and the 11 month/7 month reservation priority applies for all reservations.
