We are "Point Renters". We will be staying at SSR in May. I had a question about amenities in the room. I know about the 4th day T&T but do they also resupply the toiletries at that time? I also know they provide coffee but how much? Will it last the week? Some said that they will also supply you with tea and other toiletries for free if you ask....is this true?

Trash & Towel Service
For stays of seven or less nights, Trash & Towel Service is provided on day four, regardless of whether you're using Member-discounted cash, Vacation Points or a combination of both.

With Trash & Towel service, Housekeeping will:

• Empty trash and replace liners in trash bins.
• Provide fresh bathroom linens.
• Replace shampoo, facial soap and bath soap.
• Replenish facial tissues, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Replenish coffee, sugar, cream and sweeteners.
• Replenish dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent, sponges and laundry detergent as needed in one-, two- and three-bedroom Vacation Homes.

Normally there will only be one pre-filtered coffee package. If you get more, then that's a bonus. If you need more coffee, the resort will charge you $6 for another coffee package. You would be better off providing you own coffee.

Get your own coffee and basket filters, the stuff they supply is pretty foul to be honest - I wouldn't drink it for a week if it was free.

Tea is not supplied but can be bought at the gift shop, they stock Twinings if I remember correctly.

I suspect you'd be able to get extra toiletries without charge, when we stayed at SSR two weeks ago they gave us whole new sets of toiletries even though the old ones hadn't been touched...

Housekeeping isn't supposed to provide more toiletries than they normally supply. One bottle of shower gel, shampoo and condition per bathing/shower facility. So a one bedroom gets two of each. A studio gets one of each. A two bedroom will get three of each.
