How does the bus route go? Where does it start and end? What do you think of the pools? We really want to be near the refillable drink station, where is that? Is there only the one at the main building?

Thanks! Need to make our reservation today! Did a search, but can't find these answers quickly.

Buses go Grandstand -> Carousel -> Paddock -> Congress Park -> The Springs, except for the one going to Downtown Disney, which goes to the Springs first.

There is also a refillable drink station at the Pool Bar at the Grandstand.

Just remember that you can request a specific area when you make your reservation, but it is not guaranteed and may not be available when you arrive. All the areas of DSSR are great.

Thank you so much. I knew someone here would be so helpful. Requests are just that, I know, but if you have a preference about something, it's worth giving it a shot.

Thanks!

We stayed in a building across from the foodcourt area & main pool. My kids LOVED the pool there due to the slide. I liked the convenience of the foodcourt nearby so we were all happy! Can't comment on the bus route since we drove everywhere. If you've never stayed at SSR before, it's a wonderful experience. The grounds are so beautiful!

Have a great time!

Okay, I did it! I got my dedicated 2 bedroom at SSR for our trip in October! Requested a DTD view, high floor...yippee! We'll see on those, but I'm so excited. Thanks!

We love Congress Park (the section with the DTD views) but you are not going to be close to the refillable drink station there.

Yeah, that's the only thing. I'll just have my Diet Pepsi delivered to the room with my groceries. I think my family will love the view, if we get it. I personally love the look of the big lake with the fountain and the other buildings. But, I've been outvoted. Closer to the Earl of Sandwich is also a plus. :goodvibes
