Is the pathway from SSR to DTD open?

Yes, it's been open for about a year now. Goes straight from the Congress Park part of SSR to Marketplace at DTD

There is also a path from behind cirque to near the main building of SSR. As well as the marketplace to congress park path.

Is that the same path that winds through the golf course and by the boat dock before coming to large parking lot. Ive taken that one several times and it drops you out at Cirque. About a fifteen minute walk from the Springs.

Yep, it connects the golf course behind cirque to the golf course behind Turf Club.
